Black Friday saw record breaking gun sales.
It was thought they would go up if Hillary won due to fears of stricter gun control laws. What they weren’t expecting was for purchases to go UP with a Trump election. Women and minorities are flocking to firearm purchases since the election of Donald Trump.
Chew on this for a moment. Really chew on it.
Hillary’s team is quietly getting behind the recount in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania that Jill Stein initiated.:

Game. On. I think this is a long shot… but it is interesting, none the less.
So here we go: Wisconsin is going to do a statewide recount of votes. This isn’t an audit, the is a manual recount of the votes. In case you’re wondering what has gotten people looking, look into this:

Jill Stein asked for the recount- people have made fun of her but see my post about how Hillary cannot politically go after this but someone else can. Now, the question is if the other states with “strange” abnormalities will be looked at and is there enough time since California is STILL counting votes and the electoral college engages on the 19th of December.
Trump may have won the election, but he did not win the popular vote. Hillary is ahead- by over 2 million and counting votes. Hillary may have learned from the John Kerry fiasco; she would have had a front row seat back then when a similar situation played out. With the rancor people have towards her, its in her best interest to stay quiet. Still, it may be too little too late. Either way the story isn’t quite over yet. If it is found that the Wisconsin vote is wrong and it gets overturned, then you can bet there will be a demand for more recounts.
Conspiracy theorists have talked about Obama declaring martial law… there are 55 more days for that scenario to still happen, conspiracy buffs.
This is what I really am waiting to see because this is where it gets good. My understanding is that this has only happened once- when Kerry lost to Bush… one of Kerry’s votes went to Edwards in “protest”. I’ve seen a few things that I do find rather questionable but I don’t like going down the route of conspiracy theories.

From a political standpoint, much like Kerry, her hands are tied. In the good faith of our election process, the loser accepts the election results, even if the popular vote says that they won. In theory, the only way, I think, this can go the other way is if she doesn’t put in the protest, a third party does it, or the electoral college suddenly just goes rogue. In none of these situations do I see this going well, even if it legally, Trump cannot be elected president. People want to hate Hillary too much, and frankly, with how the election has gone down, everyone’s hate, age old problems, and the disjointed “union” that we have here in the US, would cause a national riot and even more chaos.
One thing that I must agree with is that if it wasn’t the US and this situation were going on in another country, a “third world” country, there would be all kinds of monitoring and flagging of voting and election “irregularities”. I have often wondered, “who watches the watchers?” for a case exactly like this. The United States have been “untouchable” globally because even when we’ve been questionable, we’ve always been “the good guys”*.
I have always thought that the electoral college needs to go. I have thought that the way we currently run the country actually needs to change. Contrary to what people may think, I’m not a Democrat- I am an Independent. But much like Bernie Sanders, I’ll carpetbag a party if I need to if I feel it prevents the better of two bads. The two party system doesn’t work. We’ve evolved as a country and as a people (well, maybe not) that how we decide the laws of the land are now very much behind the reality of where we stand as Americans in 2016. Unfortunately, its in the best interest of the powers that be to keep us in this system. It keeps us dumb. It keeps us complacent, and it keeps us end-fighting. The only way to change things is from the bottom up, however, local and state elections aren’t as sexy.
And I just realized this is an old-school, Tekwh0re post. I have wondered lately if “Tekwh0re” has come back since this election. I think she may have… I’m more vocal on things than I have been in well over a decade.
*I’m not willing to throw the baby out with the bathwater quite yet. I still think there are worse countries in the world, however the current state of the nation I believe has the US teetering on a line that was once inconceivable. How this plays out over the next six months will be very telling indeed.
